Ed Russo has over 20 years of experience in Vivarium design, construction and management. During his career, he has established a history of on time and on budget delivery of significant facility projects. Ed has directed various facility maintenance as well as security and engineering departments. His capital vendor products procurement responsibilities have lead him to a significant working knowledge of vivarium cages, accessories and facility infrastructures. Through his vision, Ed has created a company that is a global leader providing quality reconditioned vivarium equipment to universities, research centers and contract institutions worldwide.

Jack Metterville

Jack Metterville has over 30 years of experience in highly competitive contract research industry supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies. He has supervised and directed various technical and business development departments within the industry. Jack provides expertise in identifying customer needs and building a customer oriented support team. He has brought great distinction to the firm with his positive attitude and leadership style.

Scott Gardner

Scott Gardner has more than 5 years of experience in the research field as an owner and operator for Lab4less, a vivarium equipment company. Scott has extensive experience and knowledge in the design and manufacture of animal caging and laboratory equipment. He has consulted in outfitting facilities within the US and Canada as well as within Europe and the Asian countries. He has a strong history of equipment procurement, reconditioning as well as marketing and sales. During 2008 Lab4less was acquired by LABEX OF MA. Scott successfully transitioned to the LABEX OF MA as a senior member of the management team. Scott continues to provide his industry, business and customer service experience to the new initiatives of LABEX OF MA.

Skeeter Georgeson has over 40 years of service in the laboratory animal profession. His experience ranges from working directly with animals in the university and contract/government labs to vendor sales with the biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Throughout his years he has gained valuable experience and knowledge of the intricate regulations required for EPA, FDA, and AAALAC facilities. His time spent working in the labs allowed him to work with primates, rodents and pigs. His years as a vendor consisted of not only sales but also extensive opportunities to consult on design and start ups. Having worked as an animal technician and manager, he has in-depth skills for combining the needs of the animals and technicians while maintaining fiscal responsibility and research precision.

Tim Dicke

Tim Dicke’s twenty-eight year career includes twenty-four years of experience in the biotechnology industry in technical, operational, and business development roles. He has supervised and managed technical and business development operations in microbiological product production, preclinical drug development, and chemical, consumer product and agrochemical testing facilities. Tim’s experience in both technical and business operations provides customers with an advocate who understands the importance of the balance between technical needs and budgetary constraints.
